The genesis of the idea of “TheStoneBible”
In the days before my child was born, I was very calm and balanced. My baby girl was already a few days overdue and everything that had to be done was to prepare for that uniqe moment in life. So simple – the gift of those days where quality time! I found myself in a creative flow, but it was more like letting your mind wander around. But what happened then was so clear and focused that I am surprised myself. This weekend, we had the German Church day here in Hamburg with more than 100,000 people. Maybe all these people singing, praying, laughing and thinking about God has influenced me somehow.
On May 02, I awoke in the morning, opened my eyes and the first thing I thought of was
– Write the Holy Bible on slate stone. It feels like a revelation to me, like I am determined to create this Stone Bible. I was aware of the special nature of that moment and so I got up, went to my computer and checked the domain “www.TheStoneBible.com” – it was available!
Since that day I am working constantly to let the vision of “TheStoneBible” come true. For me it is not just a project – it is more like a mission.
